A retainer is a non-refundable retainer used to secure your date, location and time. The Photographer is not for the reschedule its session. Photographer is not responsible for the reschedule its session on account of illness, traffic, technological malfunctions, wrong location, difficult to get to locations, emergency, un for seen natural or environmental issues or any cause outside its control, the retainer will be applied to a rescheduled session provided. Not included for Weddings or events it’s different to.

Yes, the sneak peaks are sent within 2 to 14 days except for weddings they take 5 to 14 days.

Mini sessions take 1 to 3 weeks. Regular sessions take 2 to 6 weeks. Wedding and Events take 8 to 14 weeks. Videos take 3 to 10 weeks.

The time of delivery galleries depends how busy or backed up I am with other clients or if I had an emergency. I appreciate your patience and I will communicate with you along the way, if it will take longer than I anticipate. Thanks for your understanding.

For portrait sessions, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. The fee will be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment prior to 48 hours required of the session date. Re-booking at an agreeable date and time. For Wedding or events time frame is prior to 6 weeks required of the session date. If it's less than the time frame a fee will be charged.

No Full Refund will be given under any circumstances! The initial retainer is for the photographer time, admission, organization and acknowledgment of the skills and expertise of the photography. Therefore is non refundable.

Refunds will not be given for “not liking certain photos”.

Payment of the session is due in full prior to 2 days of booking to secure your slot unless you have photographers permission. There are no refunds given for mini session fee/s upon cancellation, or due to no show, or showing up at wrong location. Although, you are welcome to gift to a friend or family member. However, if the cancellation is within 24 hours, you may use the credit toward any full session, if booked within 3 months (90 days) of the mini session date.
